If your credit card presents any problems, be it due to exceeded limits or erroneous card information, we will inform you immediately via e-mail. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will proceed to cancel the reservation.

The Establishment’s Cancellation Policies

If you’ve experienced some inconvenience or delay and wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, if we have not been informed with respect to your cancellation within the stated time period and you do not show up at the hotel, you will be charged 100 percent of the rate for the first night.
